Pare Mahal Mo Raw Ako BL Movie

Michael Pangilinan's hit song "Pare Mahal Mo Raw Ako" is now also a movie, the singer announced on Wednesday.

The song was one of the 15 entries in last year's Himig Handog: P-Pop Love Songs and its composer, Joven Tan, also directed the movie, which stars Pangilinan and another "Your Face Sounds Familiar" celebrity performer Edgar Allan Guzman.

"Siya 'yung gagawa ng gay role at maii-inlove siya sa akin. Pero ako naman may girlfriend, si Hopia," Pangilinan said on "Kris TV," referring to young actress Katrina "Hopia" Legaspi.

"Girlfriend ko si Hopia, best friend niya si Edgar Allan. Si Edgar Allan may gusto sa akin."

Pangilinan said they already finished shooting the movie.

"Naghihintay na lang kami ng release," he said.
